JoAnn Ware is the mother of three beautiful daughters and six grandchildren. She is a licensed minister who has an Associates's degree in Christian Education and a Certificate in Christian Counseling. JoAnn has been a mentor and youth advocate since 1995. She is the founder of Mercy Ministry Productions, a youth outreach program targeting disadvantaged youth. 

 

As the founder of Protocol Saints Sports Academy, her goal is to enable our youth with the opportunity to excel in the game of basketball, along with creating a foundation of discipline and self-worth.

Coaches

Protocol Saints Sports Academy coaching staff views coaching as a calling.

We have a sincere passion to coach as well as being mentors for our players. PSSA knows the importance of creating a caring and positive environment for our players which is a high priority within our program. 
 
 Having knowledge of self is imperative. We understand that having a quality program to develop successful coaches and players is paramount. 
 
Moreover, we are excited about the opportunity that PSSA has to offer our youth and look forward to the overall success of the PSSA Basketball Program.
