Founded in 2018 by JoAnn Ware, Protocol Saints, Inc. has come a long way from its beginnings. Protocol Saints is an elite basketball mentoring program based in Decatur, GA. When JoAnn Ware first started out, her passion for helping the youth drove her to create a way to culturally and spiritually empower the young community. Protocol Saints now welcomes all youth who have the desire to strengthen their integrity and build their character.
